POLICY

I. RENTAL PERIODS AND CHARGES:

a. The minimum rental period is one day and maximum is (14) fourteen days. For out-of-town shipments of rental product, the minimum rental period is two days. Out-of-town rental charges start the day after shipment, and continue until the product(s) is/are returned to Rentawigco. The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges, including insurance if applicable.

b. Rental rates and fees will be clearly outlined prior to payment for rental of the product.

c. Rental rates and fees may be subject to change at the discretion of the owner of Rentawigco

 

II. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:

a. Rentals must be reserved at least two (2) days in advance to ensure the wig is ready for use by the requested date. Same day reservations will incur a $ same day fee.

b. Rentawigco, is not liable for any loss of revenue, or any other inconvenience, which results from the unexpected unavailability of product that has been reserved by the customer.

c. All products will require a deposit to reserve the item and must be paid in full prior to receiving the item. Deposits will be utilized to cover the cost of cleaning the item, as well as restoring and repairing the item if deemed necessary upon inspection of the product when returned.

d. Some items may require a NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Deposit at the time of the reservation. This deposit will be applied to the rental.

e. Should the deposit or a portion of the deposit is to be returned, allow for a minimum of (3) three business days to receive it in the form of payment in which it was given.

 

III. CANCELLATIONS:

a. A fee will be charged for canceling all or part of any rental order. This fee will vary depending on the specific product being rented.

 b. Cancellations must be made at-least one day in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.

 c. Same day cancellations will result in a portion of the deposit being kept as a restocking fee in the amount of $.

 

IV. PAYMENT AND CREDIT TERMS: 

a. All first-time rentals must be paid in advance with CASH or CREDIT CARD.

b. Credit Card and valid driver’s license MUST BE PRESENTED at time of pick-up.

c. A valid credit card or active and open bank account must be on file prior to receiving the product being rented.

 

V. SHIPPING:

a. All rental orders requiring shipping are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the deposit for your product(s) requested. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

b. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

c. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
